The ribbon is included to hang the banner and will just need to be threaded through the holes of the banner which is easy to do.
We send out the Paper Tissue Tassels flat packed and they will need to be assembled which is very simple to do but we do supply full instructions on how to do this. By sending these flat packed it ensures that you don't receive crumpled up Tissue Tassels.
